Well first what is fitness? Fitness is a state of health and well-being, an individual's ability to propagate its genes. So with that being said there are a million levels to fitness/being healthy. Its not just physical. Its pretty much everything you do for you. So here is where I will share how I am doing everything I can for me, for my heart and to live the best life I can live. It's different for every person and you have to find the right fits for you to live your best life.
